Thanks for joining me!
There is not a whole lot of information about people with the dual diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Bipolar Disorder. In six months of repeated research, I have only found three other people who struggle with the same illnesses that I do.
I am also diagnosed with general anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. Finding support groups who can add the extra mile in my treatment plan are almost nonexistent. I have searched for online groups for help in finding just one person who shares the same illnesses. I live in a very small town, so finding actual groups of people who can understand me has turned out to be one. It’s for anyone with a mental illness. At the lonely point I am at now in my life, I can’t be picky.
With all that said, this blog is my last hope. I will make posts with the facts of each of my diagnosis, and posts to maybe re-educate and destroy some of the stigmas. I will make posts about my chaotic mind, emotions, and moods. So if you can navigate through, fasten your seatbelt, and hold on. I’m going to unleash all 35 years of myself and whatever I feel at the moment.
